Buffalo Chicken and Rice Bowl

When I am craving something with intense flavor but also quick and easy to fix, this is my go to recipe! The yogurt sauce is just the thing to cool down the spicey heat from the Buffalo Sauce!!

Buffalo Chicken Rice Bowl

When I am needing something with intense flavor but also something very easy to fix, this is my go to recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 c Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • Franks Red Hot Wings Buffalo Sauce
  • ½ c Greek Yogurt unflavored or buttermilk
  • 1 - 2 t Dried Dill Weed
  • ½ t Sugar
  • One pan of cooked rice

Instructions

  1. In a sauce pan add shredded cooked chicken. Pour just enough Franks Red Hot Wings Buffalo sauce over the chicken until its just coated. You don't want the chicken to swim. Heat on simmer while you make the sauce that will cool down the heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl add Greek yogurt or buttermilk, dill weed and sugar. Whisk to combine. Taste to see if it needs more dill or sugar.
  3. In a serving bowl add cooked white rice. Layer chicken on top of rice and drizzle the sauce over top. Offer more sauce on the side. It will cool down the heat.
