Strawberry Freezer Jam

One of the great pleasures of summer is when the strawberries come off! When I was a little girl Mother and I would go to the strawberry patch and I believe I ate more than I picked! Open a jar of this freezer jam on a cold morning in February and be transported back to summer days, playing outside and eating berries straight off the plant!
