Homemade Butter
During the pandemic when butter was constantly out of stock, I noticed the stores seemed to always have heavy whipping cream. Out of necessity I found this method and I’ve been making it ever since. If you find yourself with a half used container of whipping cream this is a great way to not let it go to waste. Waste not, want not!
