Italian Meatballs and Spaghetti

This is one of my husband's favorite dishes and I agree. You will want to make extra and freeze them for a quick supper!!

Ingredients

Meat Balls
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage
  • 1 - 1 1/2 c Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 c Milk
  • 2 t Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • Your favorite Spaghetti Sauce, jarred or homemade

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until will combined. Form into meat balls.
  3. Place meatballs on a parchment paper lined rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake just until done but hasn't formed a hard crust. The Internal temperature should be 165 F (74C).
  5. Add cooked meatballs to a large stock pot and add spaghetti sauce and let simmer until the sauce is hot.
  6. Serve with your favorite pasta.
