Italian Meatballs and Spaghetti
This is one of my husband's favorite dishes and I agree. You will want to make extra and freeze them for a quick supper!!
Ingredients
Meat Balls
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage
- 1 - 1 1/2 c Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 c Milk
- 2 t Italian Seasoning Blend
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 eggs
- salt to taste
- Your favorite Spaghetti Sauce, jarred or homemade
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until will combined. Form into meat balls.
- Place meatballs on a parchment paper lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake just until done but hasn't formed a hard crust. The Internal temperature should be 165 F (74C).
- Add cooked meatballs to a large stock pot and add spaghetti sauce and let simmer until the sauce is hot.
- Serve with your favorite pasta.
