Smoked Salmon Dip
This is our new favorite dip. You can make it the day before, cover and refrigerate. I love a time saver!!
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
 - 1/2 c sour cream
 - 1 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
 - 1 T minced fresh dill OR 1 t dried dill weed, or to taste
 - 1 t prepared horseradish, or to taste
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
 - 1/4 lb (4 oz) smoked salmon, skin removed
 
Instructions
- Place cream cheese, sour cream lemon juice, dill, horseradish into a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
 - Crumble salmon into the bowl and blend until smooth.
 - Place into your serving bowl, plate or dish and garnish the top with dill
 - Serve with your favorite party cracker.
 - A hand mixer can be used to, your dip will be a little more chunky.
 
Notes
A stand mixer or a food processor can be used instead of a hand mixer. This dip is better if made the day before, this allows the flavors to marry.
